Miss Neifer joined the Valley team in January of 2024. She is currently working towards an associates degree in early childhood development from Hawkeye Community College. She previously worked for Hawkeye Community College Childcare Center, Community United Child Care, and NRG Media.

Her favorite part of her job is watching children learn new things and helping them to grow in their relationship with Christ. Miss Neifer states, "The best part of following Christ is knowing that He’s there right beside me through every hardship that I’ve ever faced and I know I can always turn to Him when I need His help." When she's not busy planning her wedding, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
